Have just bought R reg 2.3Ghia.We (the family) love the car, but have yet to decide if we love the dealer we got her from.Car going back for second time in first two weeks due to kangarooing when engine not under load.Have read many forums (arent I good?) and dealer is replacing the MAF which seems like a good bet. Fingers crossed.Main question right now is sort of covered in other topics but varying answers.Cam chain. Haynes manual says replace at 80,000 miles. Some forums say leave until noisy. Others say it'll last the car.Paranoid about failure having lost an Astra (pre dog and kid) and the espace to cam belt failure.Anyone know the sort of cost of replacement and is it a good precaution or pointless?
